Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, fair price, close to airport, great view of Vitosha Mountain, included breakfast with variety.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Clean and comfortable room with a great view. Breakfast included with a variety of options. Convenient access to public transportation.
Wetroom bathrooms aren't my preference. Restaurant is separate and not included in room bill.

The rooms at Eleganza Family Hotel are absolutely stunning! The luxurious furnishings make you feel like you're in an upscale retreat. I loved that each room has its own private bathroom with a shower. It felt so convenient and comfortable. The 24-hour front desk was such a perk! Whenever we needed assistance or had a question, they were there to help. Our twin room had a beautiful garden view, which added a touch of serenity to our stay. The room featured cable TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Free Wi-Fi in the room was a game-changer! It made it easy for us to stay connected and share our adventures with friends and family.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in our twin room to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might enjoy the lively sounds of the city outside.

We had a lovely stay at Eleganza Family in Sofia. the hotel has a restaurant where breakfast is served, and the parking space is well-organized. We appreciated the option of a more private and spacious parking area at the back of the hotel. the receptionists were kind and had good English skills. Our room was clean and spacious, with a nice and clean bathroom. the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the location was also great, with hardly any traffic noise.
Can't fault anything about it. 👌🏻
